Tea Ceremony & Making Dumplings with XMandarin

This month, we went to Yi Cha San Yuan (一茶三缘) to discover an important part of the Chinese traditions, the tea culture! Since the Tang dynasty, tea ceremony is considered as a social activity in China. Friends and family go in tea houses to enjoy aromas and relax with a cup of tea while chatting. Tea ceremony is usually a must when visiting these place, so we learn a little bit more about these ritualized practice of making and serving tea.
