Since the Tang dynasty, tea ceremony is considered as a social activity in China. Friends and family go in tea houses to enjoy aromas and relax with a cup of tea while chatting. Tea ceremony is usually a must when visiting these place, so we learn a little bit more about these ritualized practice of making and serving tea.
