中国外交部于5月15日宣布：为进一步便利中外人员往来，中方决定扩大免签国家范围。自2025年6月1日起至2026年5月31日，对巴西、阿根廷、智利、秘鲁、乌拉圭持普通护照人员试行免签政策。
China's Foreign Ministry announced on 15th May: to further promote people-to-people exchanges with other countries, China has decided to expand the scope of visa-free countries. Between June 1, 2025 and May 31, 2026, the visa exemption policy will be implemented for ordinary passport holders from Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Peru and Uruguay on a trial basis.
包括上述5国在内的43个免签国家持普通护照人员来华经商、旅游观光、探亲访友、交流访问、过境不超过30天，可免办签证入境。不符合免签条件人员仍需在入境前办妥来华签证。
Ordinary passport holders from 43 countries, including the above-mentioned 5 countries, can be exempted from visa to enter China and stay for no more than 30 days for business, tourism, family visit, exchange and transit purposes. Those who do not meet the visa-free criteria will still need to obtain a visa to China before entering.
